Shipping Policy 

We ship your order as soon as possible. If you place your order before noon on a business day, we must ship it the same day. If placed after 2 pm, it will be shipped the next business day. Or we'll let you know in advance when orders will be shipped based on a particular promotional campaign or event.

At this time, we ship all our orders via the GLS courier service. This means that when we ship your order, you will receive an email from us with a number, with which you can track your order. Shipping cost depends on the size of the individual order and is informed in the purchase process.

You can choose to have the products delivered to a business address, a private address or the GLS PakkeShop.  

Return and exchange policy

We do not offer a return policy because it is a perishable product. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, we will refund 80% of the value of the product, not including shipping. Get in touch with us through our email:  noomabrazil@gmail.com  . ​

You will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase within 14 days from the day we confirmed your order by email.  The amount is always transferred to the bank account you informed us by email.

If there is something wrong with the product you have purchased, such as if the product is not in proper condition, you can get your money back or a product exchange. In this case, we demand that the claim is justified and that the defect is not the result of incorrect handling of the product. You must contact us as soon as you receive the product.   • a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred.

  • 2-3 product photos along with description;

Bad conditions must be clearly visible in at least one of the images. Also, make sure your photos show the entire product front and back. Email the description and photos to  noomabrazil@gmail.com  and indicate the order number the product was purchased or attach a copy of the order confirmation / receipt. After we receive your photos, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.

VOUCHERS

We sometimes offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for a limited period of time and may be subject to special conditions. Codes may be limited, for example, to use only in connection with special products, categories or specific dates. Please be aware of this! Any discount code you wish to use must be entered into the checkout process before paying for the order. You cannot credit a forgotten discount code after the order is placed. Only one discount voucher can be used per order. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or the like.
